NYC Results is proud to congratulate Representatives Clarke, Velasquez, Maloney, Sires, and Nadler for signing on - with very short notice - to a fantastic bi-partisan letter sent to President Obama.
The letter, originated by Reps Lee, Payne, and Inglis, urges the President to include a minimum of $1.75 billion for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria in his FY 2011 budget request to congress. Thanks to our congresspeople and their wonderful staff for their quick work in support of effective help for those who most need it.
